If anyone here has ever had this problem and know how to solve it I would be greatly appreciate it. I also can't seem to find a phone number I can call. It's been a few days and I still haven't heard back. I never got that email, but sent them scans of it through the website. I started a support case with HP and they called me and said they would email me so that I can send them some test prints. I tried doing the clean function, switching out all the toner (I use the official HP ones), and printing on heavier stock paper.
It is as if one of the rollers has some glue on a spot so that when it rolls the page through it picks up the image and gets it stuck to the other parts of the page in an even spacing. I have a M477fdw LaserJet and for the last 2-3 weeks every print that comes out will have a repeat of whatever it is printing or printed last on the left side of prints.
